FAQ
1. What format should I send my design in?
PSD or AI files are the most preferred; we also accept Jpeg, Tiff, EPS, PDF and more. Please size graphic to 100% size to be printed @ 200 dpi or more resolution.
2. Do you supply the goods or do I?
We usually supply the goods, because we have accounts with multiple wholesale companies. If you are able to supply your own goods, just let us know.
3. How long is your turn around?
Our turn around time is 10 business days, but if you pay up front we will process your order faster. If you need your job done sooner than that, we can do rush orders.
4. Do you do custom tags?
Yes we can do custom tags. We have the ability to do custom woven sew in tags or custom tag-less screen printed tags.
5. What kind of shirts do you print on?
We can print on any kind of shirts, but we usually use American Apparel, All Style, or Gildan.
6. How big can you print?
Are standard printing size is 15in wide x 21in tall. We can also print up to 40in wide x 40in tall, pricing for bigger sizes are done on a case by case basis.
7. How should I pay?
A Deposit will be made before we process your order. The rest of your payment will be made after your job is complete. If you pay for the job up front, we will process your job faster. Any other forms of payment will be handled on case to case basis.
8. Can I do a sample before the whole order is printed?
Yes you can have samples made before you make your whole order or before you have the order printed. You will have to make arrangements with us to see when you are available to approve the sample. Pricing for samples will be done on case by case basis.
